Your organization signs up for the Sagamore Fundraising Program and shares the opportunity with your community. Supporters purchase eligible landscape materials through Sagamore, and our team handles the orders, payments, scheduling and delivery. Your organization earns money based on eligible products sold during the fundraiser.

Your organization earns $12 for every eligible yard or ton sold. For example, 100 eligible yards or tons sold can generate $1,200, while 500 can generate $6,000. The more your community participates, the more your organization can raise.

Eligible products may include mulch, topsoil and soil blends, compost, gravel and stone, sand and aggregates, along with other qualifying landscape materials. Product availability can vary by Sagamore location and delivery area, so our team can confirm which products are available for your fundraiser.

The program is designed for schools, sports teams, booster clubs, PTO and PTA organizations, churches, youth groups, Scouts, band and music programs, nonprofits, mission groups and other community organizations. Yes. Sagamore handles scheduling and delivery for qualifying fundraiser orders within participating service areas. Delivery availability may depend on the customer's location, product ordered and quantity, so our team will confirm the applicable options when the order is placed.

No. One of the advantages of the Sagamore Fundraising Program is that we handle the orders and payments. Your organization can focus on promoting the fundraiser while Sagamore manages the customer transaction and fulfillment process.

At the conclusion of your fundraiser, Sagamore will calculate the eligible fundraiser sales and issue your organization's fundraising payment. Your Sagamore representative can provide the specific closing date and payment timeline for your fundraiser before you begin.
